Real Talk is a community outreach and health awareness program that offers awareness through multimedia, and conversation. Our goal is to connect the community with Health Programs and Health Professionals to ensure a better quality of life.

Real Talk reaches the community through Radio, Television,and  Internet Broadcasting; as well as through Classes, and Support groups.

Our program offers support to Individuals seeking disease care and management options/ along with a shoulder to cry on when the issues of their disease become overwhelming.

At this time our main focus deals with the issues of diabetes, stress Management, heart disease and HBP.
